Flambeaux Fire was started by husband and wife team 'Flambeaux & Lady C'.

It is the professional culmination of a 20 year development of high profile fire performer Flambeaux(™), with his trademark 'wearable fire' and distinct on-stage theatricality. In the early 2000's he established the experimental theater group the P-Cult, produced by the arts organization Chashama, in the wildly popular Times Square show "The World of the P Cult."
Shortly after, Flambeaux began fine tuning his flair for more mainstream productions in events, television, and theater, thus allowing a Fire&Art company 'Flambeaux Fire LLC' to bloom.

Artist/performer Abby Hertz/Lady C met Flambeaux in 2008. Her knowledge of the art world and study of art history and criticism began to influence Flambeaux's own work. Unable to ignore their professional (and romantic) chemistry, they teamed up & she learned his techniques with fire and sculpting wearable art while also becoming his main partner onstage as Lady C.
Together they assembled a core troupe of 8 polished, young fire performers with their own personal flair and amazing skill sets to join them. All together, a rotating cast of 20 performers perform with the group.
Behind the scenes, at their Brooklyn studio at Chashama's art facility, Flambeaux & Lady C with a network of artists, create the costumes, props and sets that complete the picture of Flambeaux Fire.
